Why do I have only one QR code for ALL my ticket?

We provide one QR code per order and that QR contains all your ticket information. The QR code will be scanned for each item you purchased. For example if you bought (4) tickets, the QR code will be scanned (4) times at the front gate. If you purchased skating for (2) guests in your party the QR code will be scanned again twice when you arrive at Ice Skating . We wanted to keep everything as seamless for our guests.

Please Note: We do recommend taking a screenshot of your QR code to keep on your phone as WIFI in certain areas of the venue can be problematic and we don’t want you to lose a single second of Holiday Magic.
