Date changes can be made up to midnight the evening prior to your scheduled event through your MyAccount. Same Day changes are not permitted. Visit Protection covers you for the $5 change fees, however any increase in ticket price is still due. Please do not wait to make changes as exceptions will not be made for website errors or missed deadlines.
Guests who DID NOT purchase Visit Protection:
Date changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled event date through your MyAccount. Date Changes are $5 per ticket plus any increase in ticket price is still due. Date changes must be made through your MyAccount or can be done at the box office onsite (during event hours). Please do not wait to make changes as exceptions will not be made for website errors or missed deadlines.
Guests who have purchased Sensible Weather: (applicable cities)
Date changes are not permitted as your tickets were selected for a particular date and time and sensible weather does not permit tickets to be transferred to new dates as the quote you were issued was for the particular date and time you selected originally.
