If you have purchased Visit Protection this plan will provide you two options should your plans change and you are unable to attend Enchant.
Option 1 - You need to change the date or time of your tickets
Visit protection will allow you to move your current tickets to an exact ticket type and price without incurring any additional charges.
Should there be a price difference between your original ticket and the new ticket the Visit protection will only cover the original ticket price and the change fee, you will be responsible for any additional charges.
Option 2 - You need to cancel your order
Visit protection will allow you a one time ORDER cancellation, not individual tickets on an order
Once the order is canceled a full refund will be processed less the Visit Protection fees. Refunds should be expected within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

Visit Protection
Can not be added after the original ticket purchase has been completed, no exceptions
Visit Protection is not eligible on orders that contain promo codes, suites, private parties, and or any group rates
Allows changes to your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled event date
For example if your entrance date/time is for Dec 22, changes can only be made until 11:59pm Dec 21.
