Having issues using your Promo / Comp Code?

Not to worry.

The gift email should have included a Buy Now link so that the code you were gifted would be applied automatically at checkout. If the email did not contain the link we have outlined two options below.

Option 1:

  • Visit and select the tickets and add-ons you would like to purchase

  • At the checkout screen apply the code to the Promo Code field and hit Apply

    • Please ensure there are no spaces before or after the code you are entering

  • If your prize included more than one code and you are attempting to use all of them please enter each code individually and hit Apply after each code is entered.

  • Enter you payment details for any remaining balance and select checkout

Option 2:

  • Select the City

  • Enter the Promo Code (ensure no extra spaces are in front or behind the code)

  • Click Check Promo Code

  • The code checker will provide you an outline of your codes validity such as exclusions or restrictions.

  • Once you have reviewed the codes validity select proceed and the page will redirect to the cities page for you to select the tickets needed and proceed to checkout

    • At checkout the code will have been entered automatically so there should be no need to enter the code again

Please Note:

If you have arrived to the checkout screen and need to leave the checkout screen for ANY reason the code will be locked for 15 minutes and you will need to reattempt the purchase again.
