If you are receiving an error message, usually it has something to do with the following:

  1. CVC code on your credit card or the zip code. Check and make sure all the info is correct. Also - does your CVC start with a "0"?

  2. Remove any dashes from your telephone number.

  3. Make sure the website/Facebook/instagram/etsy, etc. link is in the following format "http://www.website.com" OR "https://www.website.com"

  4. Check to make sure you have uploaded all the necessary information/documents.
