Enchant Christmas is dedicated to making magical memories for its guests in a safe and responsible manner. Our commitment to our guests’ safety includes using operational best-practices in partnership with our venue partners, reviewing and evaluating local health authority guidelines that pertain to events, and promoting a safe and responsible workplace.

During the 2021 holiday season, Enchant will be hosting its event at Las Vegas Ballpark in Las Vegas, NV. Each of our venues have COVID-19 protocols in place that are consistent with state and local health officials' mandates. Enchant has reviewed its venue partner’s protocols and updated its protocols according to our event. Our goal is to ensure that we are presenting the best opportunities for our guests to use self-determination when choosing to enjoy our experiences while safeguarding the health for all those who are able to attend and work at the event.

As each market will have different protocols, please be sure to review the regulations for the city in which you plan to attend. Please note procedures may change as venues continue to update their health and safety processes based on guidance from the State and local health officials.

While these measures and procedures will be continually updated here based on venue partner and health authorities regulations, we request that guests continue to monitor their market for updates. Enchant will make efforts to send material changes to guests via our “Know Before You Go” email that guests receive prior to their event date.

Should Enchant be required to close an event date due to health restrictions, we will contact each guest and make arrangements to move tickets to the next available event date.

General Enchant Health Protocols:


  • Guest Experience: Guests will enjoy the awe and wonder of our events through self-discovery that is managed through ticket arrival windows to manage capacity and promote social-distancing. Guests will have the opportunity to use some self-service options throughout the experience to limit interaction with staff when possible. Guests will have resources onsite at the Enchant Concierge to address needs while enjoying the experiences.

  • Virtual Queuing: Guests will be able to join the queue for select activations virtually, by planning ahead on Enchant’s website as well as by scanning a QR code and being prompted when it is their time to to enjoy the magic.

  • Touch Free: We are utilizing technology to reduce surface contamination and promote a clean environment. That includes operating cashless events, prominent wayfinding signage, mobile ticket purchases, touchfree QR code ticket scanning, QR codes for events maps, mobile food ordering where possible, and sustainable single service food and beverage containers.

  • Sanitization: Partnering with the venues, our events will be continually cleaned during the event and will undergo an extensive cleaning process between event dates. Event items such as Ice Skates and Wheelchairs will be sanitized between use.

  • We are committed to providing a safe and secure work environment in line with local health authority regulations.

  • All Staff, vendors, and contractors will all be required to undergo event training on Enchant’s health and safety protocols prior to their first shift.

  • Staff are advised not to come to work if they are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19.

  • Enchant will follow the staff screening guidelines as determined through its partnership with the market venue and advised by best practice.

Common Questions:

What safety precautions are in place to keep guests and visitors safe?

  • For the health and safety of our guests and team members we are following all COVID mandates and measures as outlined by the Governor of Nevada, Steve Sisolak. Enchant is an outdoor experience. We are asking our guests to be mindful of others and practice social distancing throughout Enchant, and are requesting adults and children 2 years of age and up to wear masks when using any of the indoor facilities.

  • We will also be conducting a thorough cleaning of the event, as well as throughout our operational hours to ensure that all high touch areas are cleaned regularly.

  • For guests who are not fully vaccinated, we will request that they remain masked throughout the event unless actively eating or drinking.

Will masks be required at Enchant?

  • Masks will be required for adults and children 2 years of age and up when using any of the indoor facilities at Enchant, such as the restrooms. As the majority of the experience is outside, masks are not required elsewhere at Enchant.

Will you be requiring proof of vaccination for entry?

  • No, we will not be requiring proof of vaccination. We are following the mandate as set out by the Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak and are only requiring masks when indoors, for adults and children 2 years of age and up. We will request that guests who are not fully vaccinated remain masked throughout Enchant.

What will my Santa Experience be like this year?

  • Guests will be able to enjoy a traditional photo with Santa this year. Santa is fully vaccinated and will accommodate guest preference if you would prefer a masked or unmasked jolly Santa smile for your family photos.
