Great question!

Once you have purchased your tickets on, you will be emailed an electronic ticket, that contains a QR Code along with your order number, arrival window and breakdown of your ticket and add-on purchases (all ticket types selected, skate rentals, parking, Suite rentals, etc.). 

It is important to note that while you are only sent one electronic ticket, the QR Code included in this ticket holds all of your purchase information. So, if you purchased 2 Adult and 2 Youth tickets, for instance, the QR Code on your ticket can be scanned 4 times, for all 4 members of your party. If you also purchased parking, the same QR Code will be scanned once you reach the event parking lot! 

If you have several people in your party, please feel free to email them a copy of your ticket for their individual use or print a hardcopy for each member of your party if that better suits your needs. 

The important thing to remember, is that once each of your ticket and add-ons purchased have been scanned, the QR Code will deactivate. It is only valid to scan according to the number of tickets in your purchase. 

Please produce your electronic ticket on your mobile device or provide a hardcopy ticket for entry once at Enchant Christmas.
